TRANSPORT CHARGES As per distance (11 months Transport fee will be realised per annum). In the IV Quarter (Jan-March) only two months Transport fee will be charged).
C.
a. MODE OF PAYMENT
1. At the time of Admission Payment is to be made either digitally or via demand draft drawn in favour of “G.D. Goenka Public School, Jammu”.
2. Rest of the Quarterly Fee payments are to be paid online through our School App (EDUNEXT PARENT)- school code GDGPSJ.
3. No Fee to be paid through CHEQUE/NEFT/RTGS or CASH.

b. FREQUENCY
1st quarter: April to June (dues to be paid by 10th of April).
2nd quarter: July to September (dues to be paid by 10th of July).
3rd quarter: October to December (dues to be paid by 10th of October).
4th quarter: January to march (dues to be paid by 10th of January).

Note:
1. If the fee remains unpaid due to any reason in the first month of the Quarter, then it is to be cleared along with the penalty in the school only.
2. The fee deposited after confirmation of student admission is non-refundable. Hence if a parent cancels the student’s admission, the fee shall not be refunded.

LATE PAYMENT CHARGES @ Rs. 30/- per day from 11 th to 20th and @ Rs. 50/- per day from 21st to the last day of the month in which fee is payable.

Note:
1. Registration followed by Admission Test will be valid for 02 days only.
2. Name of the student will be struck off the school rolls if the dues are not paid by 30th of the first month of the quarter.
3. Re-admission may be allowed, at the discretion of the principal, only after payment of all dues including late fee along with 50% of the annual charges, and subject to availability of a seat in the concerned class.
4. The school may hike the fee as per the norms.
Following documents are required at the time of admission
1. Three recent passport size-colored photographs of the student, one each of father and mother.
2. Date of Birth certificate issued by the municipal corporation (for Class Nur till Class IX).
3. Adhar Card of the Child.
4. No change in Date of Birth, once it is mentioned in the Admission form at the time of admission.
5. Report card and transfer certificate from the previous school attended (for class II onwards).

Please note:
1. The fee of Prospectus, once purchased is not- refundable.
2. Sale of prospectus does not guarantee admission.
3. Any charges once paid, are non-refundable.
4. The fee deposited after confirmation of student admission is non-refundable. Hence if a parent cancels the student’s admission, the fee shall not be refunded.
5. Transport is optional not mandatory. Transport facility can only be provided subject to availability of seats in that particular route.
6. Limited seats available in every class.
7. Admission will be strictly on first come first serve basis with base line test for classes I - IV and entrance test for classes V-IX, for class XI admission will be granted on Class X Percentage.
8. The school shall follow age criteria for admission as per NEP 2020
NOTE: Transport fee will be increased to 6% to 10% from the next academic Session i.e 2025-26.
